Service can be provided in one of three ways :

1. Cost per copy service agreement

This is normally a fully inclusive agreement, where the customer pays an agreed amount for each copy and all call out's, labour and materials are included in that cost (excluding paper). This is very popular and most beneficial to the larger volume user.

2. Fixed annual service agreement

This is a fixed annual charge, paid yearly in advance and covers all call out's, labour and "hard parts" on the machine, but excludes all consumable parts. This is most cost effective for the low - medium volume users.


3. Call out as required.

Specifically for the low volume users, who only require service once or twice a year.
