Cost per copy service agreement
A fully inclusive agreement, where the customer pays an agreed amount for each copy. All call outs, labour and materials are included in the cost (excluding paper). This is very popular and most beneficial to the larger volume user.
Fixed annual service agreement
This is a fixed annual charge, paid yearly in advance and covers all call outs, labour and “hard parts” on the machine, but excludes all consumable parts. This is most cost effective for the low – medium volume users.
Call out as required.
Specifically for the low volume users, who only pay an agreed price per call out as required.
